Since the introduction of Access to Justice Act (1999), conducting cases in the courts has changed as access to after-the-event insurance and external funding to fight legal cases has been made easier.

LES offers a tailor made solution for solicitors and their clients by providing them with the opportunity to choose any combination of insurance and funding to meet their exact needs.

Most areas of the law are covered. This includes general commercial work for individuals and companies, as well as more specialist products for insolvency work. In addition we now offer a human rights abuse policy in circumstances where Legal Aid is no longer available.

We are happy to discuss individual cases with our clients and participate actively as an intermediary by advising our clients and being fully involved in preparing submissions to underwriters.
